Standard 3-Year Labor Warranty
Unlike other companies that offer a standard 1-year labor warranty, our heating and cooling systems come with a 3-year standard labor warranty from the date of installation. In addition to the labor warranty, you'll also receive a parts warranty on the equipment as specified by the manufacturer.
Extended 10-Year Labor Warranty
By investing in a 10-year extended labor warranty, you'll have peace of mind that for the next 10 years, we'll repair your system at no cost in the event of a mechanical failure.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to keep your parts and labor warranty active, you must have maintenance performed by an HVAC contractor at least once per year to ensure that your system operates efficiently.
