"Our family has been a customer of Carolina Temperature Control for 28 years. They installed our initial system as well as subsequent systems and handled routine servicing. This week we had an unexpected emergency where one system died. CTC immediately fit us into their schedule to take a look, when the diagnosis indicated a new system was needed, they arrived the next day to evaluate and provide a proposal. The following day they arrived to install the system. Even told me how to avoid problems (should I choose to) and save money (which I always want to) by using a shop vac to keep my drain lines clear before they clog (they all clog eventually around here). While we have a service contract and pay a discounted service fee, there is also charge for the actual labor. I decided to keep my money and run the shop vac myself. I save both the service feel (discounted) and the labor by doing it myself.  Don’t get much more honest than that! Thanks CTC."
