"We inherited CTC as our HVAC provider when we purchased our villa. They have always been great about upkeep and maintenance. This past week they knocked it out of the ball park when our AC died. We knew our ACs death was coming but it had not hit hospice stage yet. We were wrong. The unit died. As you can guess it was during a heat wave. My elderly mother with us and the stress of the heat on her system scares us. The superheroes of CTC installed a new unit in such a short timeline my heads pinned. Every single employee that we met was so kind, dedicated and professional it made the experience a joy. Hard to imagine but it was like their hard work in itself was balm to the soul and filling to a hot sweaty body. These men worked for 12 hours in an attic where the temp hit over 120 degrees (with the heat factor it was 350 degrees). They still had the energy to put the washing machine back in place and clean up after themselves. 💜💜💜💜"
