includes priority over other customers who do not have a service agreement.
• Service agreement customers do not pay overtime. This includes weekends and holidays.
• Silver Service Agreement customers receive 100% labor protection and 15% discount on parts.
CTC uses an up front pricing guide so there is no mystery or suspicions to a charge.(pay only a diagnostic fee) (does not include: damage occurred from acts of God, i.e.: flood, lightning, or physical damage.).
