In June of 1996 I called your company to have you install a new heat and air conditioning unit. You sent a Comfort Specialist over and I purchased a Trane from you. I have been extremely satisfied for the last 171/2 years with the unit, as well as your technicians and wonderful service.
On Christmas Day, 2013, I noticed my house extremely cold and found the Trane unit not working. At 7:00a.m. on Christmas morning I called your company and within minutes a technician by the name of Jason called me back and came to my house and got my unit working again. I was able to get heat and continue with my plans for the day.
On December 30, 2013 I had O'Neal Sessions, a Comfort Specialist from CTC come to my house. With his knowledge and professionalism about the different units, I decided I wanted another Trane.
I have already had my unit installed in one day and was very pleased with the professionalism of your installers.

I recently had my heat pump go out and decided it was time for a replacement. After several quotes from local heating and cooling companies, I made the wise choice to go with your company, Carolina Temperature Control. From start to finish y'all were very knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention CTC had the best price. O'neal clearly laid out all the details for me upfront and told me how to get in touch with Santee Cooper for easy financing options. After I signed the paperwork, y'all were able to do the install the very next day, which happened to be the day of the ice storm 2014. The install crew, Brian, Garrett, & Jim were great as well and walked me through a few details about the system. My house went from 50 degrees to 70 degrees on the coldest day of the year, and I was thankful. I would recommend CTC to anyone with mechanical issues. Thanks again.
I am writing not only to thank you for your speedy response to a problem we had recently, but to commend to you an employee of yours, Mr. Jason Becht.
Upon returning home, we discovered that the air conditioning unit had stopped functioning. Although this occurred after your normal working hours you responded and sent Jason to our home. He arrived within one hour of our conversation.
You must remember that this was one of those 100 Degrees days. Our unit is under the house and Jason checked the unit and immediately diagnosed the problem. He apologized and told us he had to order the parts needed to repair the unit. He told us that he would return the next morning to repair the unit, which he did. He even offered us his own personal window unit to keep us cool for the night.
We have come to expect great service from your company, but Jason with his professionalism, work ethic and personality moved it to a new level.
Please pass onto your staff our appreciation for their hard work, especially to Jason. He is a credit to your organization and represents you in a very positive way.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that everyone from CTC did a really terrific job for us. John did a great job in assessing the initial damage. O'Neal did a very thorough job in working up and explaining the alternatives, then helping me to determine the most appropriate solution and overseeing the whole project from start to finish. On the installation side, Chad and Daniel hung in there through 100+ degree temperatures over two days in our attic to get the job done and then went the extra mile in cleaning and clearing all of our duct boots of mildew before installing new vent grate’s. , Before leaving, they did a thorough clean-up job, leaving the house just as clean as it was before they began. Everyone whom I have dealt with on this project has impressed me with their punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and politeness. We certainly appreciate everyone's efforts in getting us back up and running with air conditioning in such a short period of time. You really have an exceptional team of people.
